Dr. Schneider is the Medical Director of the Center for Autism Research and Education. Her practice has more than 1,000 patients of all ages, children and adults. She attended her first DAN! Conference in 1996 and has attended all their conferences since that time (except 2002).
Her special interests include innovative nutritional, environmental and detoxification interventions for a variety of complex neurological conditions.
As the mother of two children with autism, Dr. Schneider offers both a medical and personal assessment of current and promising treatment options. She has designed and implemented numerous research studies relating to the treatment of autism and the identification of genetic risk factors for neurological disease, and is dedicated to the treatment and prevention of neurodevelopmental disorders.
